About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Kids Club and Activities Attendant to join our Beach Operations in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Ensure toys and equipment are clean and keeping the kids safe.
• Ensures that all activities adhere to and support the Jumeirah International Quality Management System.
• Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child.
• To correctly hand over information and cash to an incoming GSE when changing shifts
• To ensure the reception area and lobby is maintained in an excellent condition at all times
• Correctly process appointment requests and give accurate information
• Organize activities for kids club visitors
• Ensure all club rules and regulations are always enforced.
• Be fully aware of club\'s facilities, timings, promotions and prices
• Participate in any scheduled training programs
• Responsible for the filling out the store requisitions from the Guest Supplies Store, Beverage Store and General Store and to get them signed by the Manager
• Assists the kids pool and outdoor playground areas
• Must be able to perform any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
• Promote and conduct the kids activities in the resort as per the program of activities.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Must have a diploma or a vocational training in a kindergarten / children care related field with previous similar work experiences.
• 2-3 years experience working with children in similar environment
• First Aid Certified
• Works positively with others and contributes actively to promote a healthy team spirit
