Maintain classroom discipline and promote respectful behavior.
Develop and implement engaging activities to enhance students' understanding of scientific concepts.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to department planning.
Keep accurate records of student attendance, attainment, and behavioral issues.
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development opportunities.
