Job Description

As part of the Sales & Marketing department, provide support to the Regional Sales Manager - KSA in implementing marketing strategy to maximize sales and increase revenue for OCI in the government sectors and utilities market thereby achieving the business plan objectives set by the company.

Key Deliverables: Support and facilitate the development and implementation of organization's business/marketing plan. Responsible to establish contact with customers viz. government ministries, agencies, utility companies, etc. through personal contacts, telephone, email, etc. and build a rapport with top decision makers. Identify and evaluate the changes in the marketing environment and develop appropriate response. Arranging product Approval from Ministries, Utility companies, consultants and contractors. Public Relations and developing positive relationships in Ministries and Utilities for OCI products. You will be responsible to prepare costing, prepare technical and commercial proposal and processing orders for customers including coordination with technical and logistics departments. Follow-up on the status of orders and resolve any queries, technical or commercial, in conjunction with the technical/project team department and the Manager respectively. Based on sales orders, responsible for booking metals at the London Metal Exchange in coordination with finance. Follow-up payments with the finance and the logistics departments. You will be responsible to handle all customer queries including inspection requests if any. Coordinate with the Customer Support Service department for issue of sales order and related documentation and to prepare invoice for the customers. Oversee smooth flow of transfer of goods and after sale service (if required). Plans, organizes and priorities the following activities on a regular basis; customer prospecting calls, customer appointments, customer care visits, customer follow-up calls, customer training, demonstrations and internal meetings. Submit sales quotations and negotiate / follow up with customers for translating enquiries into sales orders. Processing of Sales Orders while ensuring the necessary technical approvals from customers. Internal coordination with planning and technical departments for processing enquiries as well as sales orders, and timely execution of orders Coordination with CSS department and QC for inspection by customers, if any, and ensure timely dispatch clearances. Ensure timely collection of payments by follow-up through submission of proper documentation to customer. Pre and After sales support for dispatches made to utilities (example SEC) against tenders including follow-up for P.O., client inspections at factory, arranging timely dispatch clearances against PO received from customers, coordinating with factory for dispatches, submission of invoices and Delivery notes to customers, follow-up for payments, etc.

Job Profile:

Qualifications: Diploma/ bachelor's in business administration with specialization in marketing / Diploma in Marketing/ Commerce/ Economics. Experience: 10+ years' experience in related industries within Middle East. 3-5 Experience in Sales & Marketing in Cable Manufacturing Industry. Skills/Knowledge: Strong networking ability. Excellent time management skills. Marketing/ Selling Skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in MS office and other report writing tools. Excellent team leader/ player and motivator. Ability to dynamically adapt to market changes in demand. Presentation Skills. Able to effectively negotiate and influence at all levels.
