Knowledge, abilities & experience
Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management.
Proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry.
Languages:
Arabic & English
Key Technical Competencies Required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM software.
Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Ability to travel as needed.
