Role Purpose

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving EPOS sales value, managing customer 4P plan, be responsible for TTC management and will be the first point of contact for a multi-functional key account approach. The key accounts are Carrefour, Lulu & Spinneys and will also include the responsibility to negotiate and agree Middle East regional JBPs/ BDAs with full support and sign off from Head of Sales. Key Account Manager must build and maintain a strong relationship, be the lead point of contact for all matters, anticipate the client\'s needs, and work within the company framework to ensure deadlines for the client are met.

Your Tasks

Beiersdorf Internal
  • Developing and tracking by account full year sales strategy.
  • Prepare a full year forecast, review and amend on a monthly basis aligned to S&OP.
  • Managing and controlling total customer budget.
  • Working in line with finance team to assure customer reconciliation.
  • Facilitating and collaborating with different support functions to insure BDF KPIs are delivered within set parameters.
  • Fully monitor and track customer EPOS data to support insights to action approach.
Customer Head Office Level (with Al Seer)
  • Negotiating and finalizing annual BDA.
  • Monthly, Quarterly and FY Target Planning and Achievement by category, volume and value.
  • Building full year customer promotional plan by Week, category & SKU in line with company and customer activation plans to insure sell in \xe2\x80\x93 out and market share growth.
  • Establish and maintain effective Customer relationship.
  • Business review with categories managers; Forecast & Achievement.
  • Monthly account reconciliation with finance team.
  • Executing customer activation plan at head office and working with BDF S&CM team to ensure OTIF execution vs. plan.
  • Monthly FC and DIH review with category manager.
  • New products listing and distribution management.
  • Alignment/agree with category manager. on BDF required activities/campaigns.
  • Alignment/follow up with supply chain team on SOH and DIH.
  • Following up orders delivery with customer WH admins.
  • Ensuring weekly sellout data OTIF and insights to actions.
  • Agree NLP with category manager and follow up customer system update.
Store Level
  • Follow up promo activities implementation.
  • Follow up POS implementation.
  • Check availability and planogram.
  • Discuss with store managers about any issues/requirements.
  • Follow up and report competition activities.
