Responsibilities
:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management.
Process invoices, payments, and other transactions related to hypermarket operations.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning for the hypermarket.
Ensure accuracy in inventory records and cost of goods sold calculations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
Conduct periodic audits and reviews of financial data to ensure accuracy.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Requirements
:
Proven experience as an accountant in a hypermarket or retail environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Valid QID and NOC are mandatory
