Job Title: Key Account Manager - OHT Location: Dubai Reports to (Position): Head Sales - OHT Department/Function: OHT Sales
Purpose of the Job: This position is required to drive OHT business in the MEA Region, expand the sales footprint, support and manage the Sales Channels & provide Techno-commercial assistance to fellow colleagues. This position is also responsible for market intelligence and insights for new product requirements.
Major Responsibilities:
Drive OHT Business growth:
Meeting the budgeted sales targets for OHT in Middle East & Africa regions
To constantly strive to increase market share in various business segments.
Establish and maintain good personal rapport with major account holders.
Engage and update dealers and distributors on regular basis through periodic formal product communication sessions and frequent informal interactions.
Work closely with the regional teams for driving sales & Implementation of various strategies to achieve business objectives.
Gather & share market intelligence on competitor activity.
Prospect, identify & appoint business partners for OHT category in coordination with regional sales teams \xe2\x80\x93 with key focus on recruiting and growing OHT exclusive BP\xe2\x80\x99s across the MEA Region.
Nurture and develop the OHT distribution network in the region.
Training:
Training to internal Teams on Product & business
Support distributors through technical & product training and work along with distributors
Support distributors through technical and product training and work along with distributors.
MIS & Reporting:
Administrative, Functional, Technical, End user, Business Partner, Competition
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, sales program, and publish report on monthly basis.

Key Responsibility Areas:
To achieve budgeted sales targets for OHT in Apollo Tyres Middle East (ATME) and Apollo Tyres Africa (ATA) organizations.
To establish product performance through seeding and monitoring fitments.
Develop and retain Business Partners & customers through regular engagement.
Distribution network expansion and extraction along with the regional teams.
Drive ATA (South Africa) OHT as a High Impact Project, as established and approved by the leadership of APMEA.
Key focus on South Africa growth is an essential part of this role\xe2\x80\x99s KPIs.
