As a Key Account Manager for National Accounts, you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new merchants within F&B, Beauty and Leisure categories. You will also be in charge of maintaining, optimizing and scaling existing merchant relationships to meet and grow customer demand both within the market and across our International business.


Responsibilities:





This role focuses on acquiring new national merchant partners within F&B, Beauty, and Leisure (60% of time) and nurturing existing relationships (40% of time) to drive customer demand locally and internationally.


New Merchant Acquisition:




Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, and strategic engagement to secure large national accounts. Guide potential merchants through the sales process, addressing concerns, negotiating mutually beneficial terms and pricing, and closing deals effectively while ensuring profitability. Collaborate internally to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners and contribute to the growth of the National division's revenue by expanding the merchant base.

Existing Partner Management:




Cultivate strong relationships with national merchant partners, acting as a key point of contact to foster mutually beneficial partnerships. Identify and leverage upsell opportunities and collaborate with Marketing to help partners maximize their potential. Manage pricing strategies, considering market trends and campaigns, to renegotiate and optimize existing deals through pricing analysis and performance monitoring.




Required Qualifications:


2-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment with a proactive business development approach. Proven experience in acquiring large merchants and managing enterprise accounts. Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations and high-level contractual agreements. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and building mutually beneficial partnerships between Groupon and merchants. Self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on achieving business objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with C-Level executives. Fluent English. Customer-focused with a strong understanding of Groupon's business and value proposition. Based in Dubai. Willing to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:




Experience in F&B, Travel & Tourism sectors. Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and sales management tools (Salesloft). Proficiency in Arabic or any additional languages.
