Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the portfolio of active and potential clients, with a focus on the local and Middle East markets, selling masterbatches and compounds to the plastics industry;
Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations within the plastics industry;
Identify business opportunities and manage the development of new projects;
Act as a bridge between clients and the technical departments to ensure the delivery of customized solutions;
Oversee the quality of service associated with sales, ensuring speed, flexibility, and customer satisfaction;
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities;
Prepare commercial performance reports and plan expansion strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical sales or account management in the plastics, pigments, additives, or masterbatch sectors;
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymers, Industrial Chemistry, Business Administration, or related fields;
Fluent English (spoken and written);
Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and results-driven approach;
Availability to travel.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) market;
Additional fluency in Arabic.
