SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Join us as a Key Account Manager and play a key role in building strong relationship with new and existing key customers. You will promote and sell Jotun's high-quality products and solutions, respond to sales and technical inquiries, and work closely with the market to achieve targets in sales, gross margin, DSO, and customer satisfaction, helping position Jotun as a preferred and trusted partner.
This position is based in Dubai and directly reports to Customer Group Manager.
Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by managing key accounts, visiting markets, tracking projects, influencing the specifications.
Grow the customer base by analyzing the market, visiting prospects, and promptly handling quotes and inquiries.
Collect and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor data to develop effective business strategies and plans.
Monitor key projects to ensure Jotun products are specified and sales targets are met.
Build and maintain customer relationships through visits, support, and product advice to meet sales targets.
Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and payment to reduce Days of sales outstanding and to achieve the targeted gross margin.
Collaborate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Production teams to deliver excellent service.
