Client Advocacy:
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic account plans to align with both client objectives and company goals, including identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Business Reviews:
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, provide insights, and identify areas for improvement.
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Growth:
Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.
Analysis:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to measure success, drive continuous improvement, and adapt strategies based on market dynamics.
Required skills and qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or a related field is often required.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are crucial for building rapport with key clients.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Other Skills:
Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills are necessary for success in this role.
