We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Key
Account Manager
to oversee key partnerships and manage high-value accounts within our sales operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in
food delivery or e-commerce platforms
such as
Noon, Careem, or Talabat
, and proven expertise in handling
large restaurant chains and key business clients
. This role requires excellent leadership, relationship management, and strategic sales skills to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with
key accounts
, including major restaurant brands and strategic partners.
Lead and supervise the
sales team
, providing guidance, performance monitoring, and ongoing support.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing and new partners.
Collaborate with restaurant partners to optimize their performance and achieve mutual growth goals.
Conduct
business reviews and performance analysis
for high-value clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements in alignment with company objectives.
Coordinate closely with internal teams such as
Operations, Marketing, and Finance
to ensure smooth execution of partner activities.
Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure top-tier client satisfaction through timely communication, issue resolution, and proactive account support.
Prepare and present
sales forecasts, performance reports, and business plans
to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably with
Noon, Careem, Talabat, or similar platforms.
Proven track record in handling
large restaurant groups or high-value clients.
Strong understanding of online delivery platforms, sales cycles, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
