Role Overview:


We are seeking a

Key Accounts Manager

(Sales)

with a strong background in banking or financial services to manage, nurture, and grow relationships with our high-value clients. The ideal candidate will also provide support in

real estate portfolio coordination and administration

, ensuring smooth execution of transactions and documentation. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of client relationship management, financial analysis, and administrative accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities to offer insurance and financial solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to design customized proposals and solutions for clients. Maintain detailed knowledge of insurance products, real estate offerings, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Support real estate operations, including coordination of property listings, documentation, agreements, and follow-up with brokers or developers. Assist in maintaining accurate records of real estate transactions and client files. Monitor client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing any issues or concerns. Prepare regular reports on account status, revenue opportunities, and market insights across both insurance and real estate portfolios. Build strong relationships with stakeholders in banking, financial services, and real estate sectors to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience in banking, financial services, insurance consulting, or real estate administration is highly preferred. Proven experience in managing key accounts or high-net-worth clients. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand complex financial and real estate products and explain them clearly to clients. Results-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with real estate documentation and compliance will be an advantage.
