We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, delivering solutions to meet their needs, and driving account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned clients
Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand client needs and provide strategic guidance and solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
Prepare reports on account status and performance metrics
Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
