Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key fashion brands, distributors, and partners to support category growth
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and partnership agreements to ensure competitive positioning on the platform
  • Monitor and analyze brand and category performance, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive category growth, revenue, and profitability
  • Analyze consumer trends and competitor activity to refine assortment and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with supply chain and merchandising teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery performance
  • Work closely with finance to manage category budgets, margins, and profitability targets
  • Partner with marketing to plan and execute brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and influencer collaborations
  • Track and report KPIs including sales growth, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve category positioning and enhance online performance
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in category or key account management within e-commerce or fashion retail
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, product merchandising, and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and market trend evaluation
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
