Key Account Manager - Build Long-Term Partnerships with Luxury Hotels and Towers
About the Role:
Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in managing VIP and key client relationships? Do you have a solid network of contacts with hotel managers and residential or commercial tower executives?
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to combine relationship-building and strategic development skills to establish profitable partnerships with luxury hotels and towers, while delivering an exceptional experience at our VIP beauty lounge.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Key Relationships:
Identify and establish strong connections with decision-makers in luxury hotels, residential, and commercial towers.
Ensure the long-term profitability and sustainability of partnerships.
Deliver VIP Services:
Design and offer tailored packages for hotel VIP clients, such as exclusive discounts or luxury services.
Maintain the highest level of satisfaction with the beauty lounge services.
Contract Oversight:
Manage contracts and ensure accurate implementation by the company and its partners.
Follow up on feedback and monitor agreements to foster continuous improvement in collaborations.
Identify New Opportunities:
Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities within luxury hotels and high-end residences.
Propose development strategies to expand market share.
Internal Collaboration:
Coordinate with launch and operations teams to ensure flawless service execution.
Prepare and present performance reports on key accounts to senior management.
What Makes You an Ideal Candidate:
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or business development, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or luxury services.
Strong Network:
Proven relationships with senior managers in hotels and residential/commercial towers across the UAE and GCC markets.
Excellent Negotiation Skills:
Demonstrated ability to close large and profitable deals with key clients.
Customer Focus:
Deep understanding of VIP customer needs and the ability to deliver personalized service.
Analytical Abilities:
Strong analytical skills to provide strategic solutions and improve collaborations.
Languages:
Full proficiency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
