Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing healthcare clients and partners
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell healthcare products or services
Proactively generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and client visits within the healthcare industry
Present healthcare products and services to potential clients in a consultative and professional manner
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and support for healthcare clients
Requirements
Prior experience or strong understanding of the healthcare or hospital industry is required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Passion for sales, business development, and client engagement
Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle (mandatory)
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
Willingness to travel across the UAE for meetings and site visits
