Are you a results-driven sales professional with 5-7 years of experience in project sales and key account management within the power tools industry? We're looking for a passionate and proactive Key Account Manager to manage top-tier clients, drive demand, and deliver value through technical solutions across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow project sales within key accounts across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Monitor and manage Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) to maintain healthy financial operations.
Drive B2C sales through impactful product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and applications.
Identify customer needs using consultative selling and offer value-driven solutions.
Stay current on product innovations, application use-cases, and industry trends.
Proactively promote SOGLA Diamond, PERFOTOOL Abrasives and EIBENSTOCK power tools, building strong pipelines with contractors and project sites.
Develop long-lasting relationships at multiple levels within key accounts and deliver exceptional service, including after-sales support.
Lead techno-commercial discussions, from prospecting to closing deals.
Conduct safety trainings, presentations, and site-based customer engagement activities.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in project sales, B2C sales, or key account management within the power tools or construction tools industry.
Solid understanding of the Abu Dhabi Steel and Metal contractors (fabrication, O&G & Cladding) market and sales operations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license must.
Experience in the relevant industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree must.
Fluency in English and Arabic
