Position Overview Based at BanoPuratos UAE, in order to further strengthen our sales team, we are currently seeking a:
Key Account Executive United Arab Emirates
Responsible for the definition, proposal and implementation of the strategy for Key/Large Account channel. He / She will manage all sales activities related to specified Accounts through a professional and disciplined approach in order develop sales and reach the profitability objectives.
Main Tasks
  • Manage and closely monitor the priority large accounts in key targeted industries.
  • Develop solid understanding of the current situation and trends for the Bakery, Pastry, Chocolate & Ice Cream in particular for the Key Accounts and Key Development Accounts.
  • Develop with the Sales Manager a yearly Key Account Plan for the selected Key Accounts and Key Development accounts.
  • Monitor account sales and profitability results versus budget and make sure corrective actions are defined and implemented in case of deviations versus objectives.
  • Responsible and accountable for managing and controlling all account related budgets/rebates/conditions etc... that have an impact on profitability.
  • Responsible to set up and manage product pricing to customers, including the approval for prices and price adaptations \xe2\x80\x93 together with the Sales Manager.
  • Responsible to develop accurate forecasts.
  • Build multi-level relationships with key persons (Decision makers) e.g. General Management, R&D director, Buyer, Operations, QC/QA etc.
  • Coach and motivate the field sales team and technical support staff in order to build a well performing solid team as and when required.
  • Implement necessary tools and techniques to work efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor progress and results and be present at progress discussions with customers.
  • Keep an open eye for new tools and techniques and implement in order to continuously improve company\xe2\x80\x99 performance.

Profile
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of sales experience.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Broad view on business with a multifunctional perspective.
  • Team player, animator, and leader
