Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, agents, and partners.
Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions aligned with company's product and services
Manage end-to-end client servicing, from onboarding and brief management to execution and client journey.
Revenue & Growth Management
Own the revenue targets for key accounts and ensure consistent monthly income generation.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Develop and execute account growth strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
Relationship Building & Retention
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and agents.
Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and responsive communication.
Secure repeat business through high-quality service and strong interpersonal rapport.
Strategic Planning & Market Expansion
Collaborate with business development to expand the key account portfolio and enter new markets.
Provide insights into industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and customer needs.
Represent the influencer brand at high-profile events, meetings, and activations.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Use CRM and analytics tools to track account performance, forecast revenue, and generate reports.
Monitor KPIs such as client retention rate, campaign success metrics, and revenue contribution.
Required Skills:
Strong client servicing and relationship-building skills
Proven experience managing high-value accounts
Experience with CRM systems and data reporting (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in B2B and B2C
