Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing and Business Development Manager

to lead our client acquisition and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and a proven track record of driving business growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and government bodies. Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and prequalification documents. Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitor activities.

Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Manage digital marketing efforts including the website, social media, email campaigns, and SEO. Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and presentations. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Coordinate communication with clients before, during, and after project execution. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.

Reporting & Analysis

Track marketing and sales KPIs, and report on ROI and lead conversion metrics. Provide strategic input to senior management based on market intelligence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in business development and/or marketing, preferably in the construction sector. Strong understanding of tendering, bid processes, and construction project lifecycles. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
