Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Kitchen Exhaust System (KES) Supervisor

to oversee the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen ventilation systems. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of exhaust hoods, ductwork, fans, and fire suppression system integration, with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all KES (Kitchen Exhaust System) installation and maintenance activities across multiple commercial facilities. Review mechanical drawings and specifications to plan KES works in compliance with ventilation codes and fire safety standards. Conduct site inspections to assess installation quality, verify ductwork and fan configurations, and ensure adherence to project specifications. Manage a team of KES technicians, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project completion. Ensure all KES systems are regularly cleaned, tested, and maintained according to industry standards and local regulations. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Prepare job reports, maintenance logs, and inspection documentation for compliance and recordkeeping. Assist in the development of safety protocols, work procedures, and training materials related to kitchen ventilation systems. Evaluate and troubleshoot issues in KES installations, recommending corrective actions and preventive measures. Maintain inventory of KES-related materials, tools, and replacement parts to support maintenance operations. Stay updated on innovations in kitchen ventilation, fire suppression integration, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

A minimum of

3-5 years of experience

in

Kitchen Exhaust System installation, maintenance, or supervision

. Strong technical knowledge of kitchen ventilation systems including hoods, ductwork, fans, and fire suppression integration. Proven ability to interpret mechanical drawings and ventilation codes. Familiarity with fire safety standards and preventive maintenance protocols. Capable of operating and maintaining tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to supervise a team and manage multiple work orders under time constraints. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Fluency in

Hindi, English

, and

Arabic

(preferred). Certifications related to HVAC, kitchen ventilation, or fire suppression systems are an added advantage.
