Cook
North Indian dishes

Budget Management:
Plan and prepare meals
within a fixed budget

Monitor ingredient usage to reduce waste and control costs.
Shop locally or coordinate purchases, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Quality & Hygiene:
Ensure
high standards of taste, hygiene, and food presentation
.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times.
Follow
food safety regulations
and proper storage procedures.
Cleaning:
Responsible for
cleaning cooking utensils, kitchen surfaces, and maintaining a clean work area
.
Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen organized.
Inventory & Reporting:
Track and manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen items.
Report any shortages or maintenance issues to management.

Minimum 3 years of cooking experience, especially in
Kerala and North Indian cuisines

Good hygiene practices and kitchen discipline.
Basic communication skills (Malayalam, Hindi, or English preferred).
