Kazakh and Russian Speaking - Regional Marketing Manager

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative professional to lead and coordinate our fast-growing marketing function in Dubai, for the Kazakhastan market. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-

The main responsibilities of the position include:

+ Define and create country-specific marketing strategies + Develop and implement demand and lead-generation marketing & rollout plans for Kazakhstan
+ Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs
+ Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research
+ during new region penetration stage, in respect to each country's ethics, culture, customs, etc.
+ Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
+ Assist in the ongoing marketing activities as well as support the marketing team and other
+ regional teams as necessary
+ Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects
+ Stay on top of current trends and best practices
+ Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Marketing Manager

Main requirements:

+ Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field + At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
+ Native Kazakhastan and Russian speaker and very good knowledge English
+ Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features
+ Strong digital marketing skills
+ Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
+ Highly organised and ability to multitask
+ Dynamic and target oriented
