KAM Skincare - UAE

Dubai | United Arab Emirates (AE) | Full-time | Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team and drive growth and launch our new skincare division. Candidate will be responsible for managing key HCPs and pharmacy chains across UAE and developing relationships with new customers and Distributors.

About the Key Account Manager (Skincare) Role:

In this role, you will develop and execute strategic plans to launch our new Skincare range, increase sales and profitability in select accounts across UAE with complete ownership of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead brand launch activities in UAE market
  • Build and establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to introduce the brand & increase brand loyalty.
  • Planning and executing the launch, listing, closing commercial deals, managing trade marketing investments, activating in-store promotions with main focus on hospitals & pharmacy chains.
  • Managing ecommerce and other online platforms across Key accounts in UAE
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within pharmacy chains and health care providers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with different departments of distributors, such as sales, legal, finance, and supply chain.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, ROI, and sales analysis for the assigned accounts on monthly basis.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing team on execution, monitoring and evaluation of HCP and consumer campaigns, provide feedback and market insight etc.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in pharmacy, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the Skincare industry in UAE.
  • Strong track record of developing and managing successful customer relationships and driving sales growth within Key Hospital and Pharmacy chains across UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
