Qualifications . At least Bachelor's degree in water resources engineering . 2 to 5 years of experience in Water sector . Excellent in MS Excel . Good knowledge in MS Office tools (Word, Power Point, ... etc.) . Basic knowledge in GIS . Communication skills with client and stakeholders . Data analysis skills . Communication skills . Proven knowledge and experience in: o Data collection. o Data analysis o Project meetings.
