Oman Changemakers is Nortal's IT Internship program built on close collaboration and mentorship to provide fresh university graduates like yourself with the best onboarding experience early in their tech careers. The role will be offered only to Omani nationals who would like to boost their career in an international company and multinational environment.

It is a 3-month paid internship (Starting end of April, Post EID holidays). Responsibilities

What knowledge areas will the program cover:

Learn different types of testing, both manual and automated

Learn tools for automating different types of application, integration, or backend tests

Participate in improving performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Deep dive into how to identify bottlenecks and bugs, and provide solutions to these problems

Work on agile software development projects and collaborate with global teams Qualifications

What we are Looking for? Strong interest in digital products and user experience A love of beautifully designed products that work simply. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies and principles. A bit of entrepreneurial spirit and high standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of product management.
