Job Description

We are hiring a

Junior Technician

to join our service team and provide top-notch technical support and maintenance for our range of industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct installation, start-up, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment (welding, lifting, drilling machines, chain blocks, etc.). Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of technical issues both in-house and on-site. Replace or repair malfunctioning components and maintain proper documentation of parts used. Conduct preventive maintenance and upgrades to improve equipment performance. Provide product training and operational guidance to customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by building strong client relationships. Promote service solutions and recommend spare parts and upgrades to customers. Maintain workplace cleanliness, follow safety practices, and adhere to company policies. Travel within assigned areas as required (a valid driving license is preferred). Support service marketing activities and other duties assigned by the Line Manager or HOD.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in technical servicing and repair work. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability Excellent communication and customer service skills Good understanding of electrical/mechanical systems Computer proficiency (MS Office) Ability to work independently and travel as required

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
