JUNIOR TECHNICIAN - ITI

We are seeking two (2) Junior Technicians with an ITI certification in relevant trades to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems (chillers, AHU, FAHU, pumps etc.) while learning from experienced professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems under supervision. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC units and equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, replacing filters, and checking refrigerant levels. Assist senior technicians in repairs and service calls. Ensure work areas are safe, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines. Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Qualifications:

ITI certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components (training will be provided). Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Good communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Ability to work with hand tools and power equipment safely.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in HVAC (internships, apprenticeships, or on-the-job training is a plus). Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
