Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Junior Surveillance Officer is responsible for monitoring surveillance equipment and activities to ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets. The role involves observing, recording, and reporting any suspicious or unlawful behavior, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect any irregular or suspicious activity. Report security breaches, thefts, or potential safety hazards to the supervisor. Maintain logs of all observations, incidents, and surveillance activities. Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning correctly and promptly report malfunctions. Assist in investigations by retrieving and reviewing footage as requested. Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards. Support senior officers in enforcing company security protocols and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus). Prior experience in security or surveillance is preferred but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance software. Good observational and analytical skills. Ability to remain alert, focused, and detail-oriented during shifts. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
