Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 What you will be doing: Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback Creates recipes and portion control Should be able to provide menu costing Quality management Training, leading the team in the day to day operations Your experience and skills include: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team At least 2 years similar experience in a 5 star hotel Basic MS Office Experienced in handling a Team Your team and working environment: The iconic Queen Elizabeth (QE2) Dubai's first and only floating hotel is a 497 room hotel and one-of-a-kind entertainment destination, rich in History where the past is relived in the luxury of today.
