Junior Sous Chef

Junior Sous Chef. Are you ready for a sizzling career move? You will play a pivotal role in the kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. As a Junior sous chef your will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including planning menus, purchasing ingredients, and overseeing the work of line cooks. This role must possess the ability to pay attention to details.

Oversees and supervises kitchen staff. Health and safety, and food hygiene responsibilities. Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the kitchen.

Your experience and skills include: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent record of kitchen and staff management Certificate in culinary arts or similar field. Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices. Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
