Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to support both our technical and sales operations teams by building, maintaining, and optimizing internal tools, automations, and dashboards. This role bridges no-code/low-code innovation with sales performance tech, working closely with the Chief Sales Officer and other stakeholders to deliver impactful, business-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Core Functions

• Develop and deploy internal tools and applications using no-code/low-code platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Make.
• Write clean, efficient code using JavaScript, Python, or PHP to support sales and business processes.
• Support integration between CRM systems, APIs, and internal databases.
• Troubleshoot bugs, maintain existing apps, and propose performance improvements.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work directly with the Chief Sales Officer and other stakeholders to gather functional and business requirements.
• Translate non-technical business needs into tech-based solutions and intuitive workflows.
• Participate in team meetings to understand organizational challenges and contribute ideas.
• Document application logic, code, workflows, and system usage clearly.

Performance, Reporting, & Strategy

• Build custom dashboards and tools to track sales KPIs and automate reporting.
• Optimize internal workflows using automation, low-code tools, or lightweight codebases.
• Analyze user engagement, system effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with trends in both software development and no-code/low-code tools.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in software development (internships, freelance, or personal projects welcome).
• Familiarity with no-code tools (n8n, Pabbly Connect, Zapier, Make) and coding languages (JavaScript, Python, PHP).
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking with attention to clean UI/UX design.
• Understanding of databases, APIs, and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline preferred.
