Job Overview:The Social Media Portfolio Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams. This role demands an individual who is extremely organized, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a comprehensive understanding of the digital and social media landscape. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring open communication and timely responses to inquiries. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates to clients. Operational Excellence: Ensure all client needs are met, from initial consultation to project completion. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Strategy Development: Leverage your extensive knowledge of social media agency work to contribute to strategic planning sessions and offer innovative solutions to clients. Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on analytics. Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within a digital/social media agency.
Extensive understanding of the digital and social media landscape.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proactive problem solver and team player.
Relevant bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
