We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication and construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge of materials, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans and schedules.
Coordinate with fabrication, construction, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability and usage.
Ensure all site works are executed in line with company safety policies and client requirements.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and safety compliance documents.
Identify and resolve technical issues, providing practical solutions to support project progress.
Liaise with supervisors, workers, and management to ensure effective communication across all site activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in fabrication and construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction and fabrication materials.
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Proven experience in preparing and maintaining site documentation.
Awareness and strict adherence to safety standards on site.
Physically fit and preferably a younger candidate, due to the nature of site works.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: QAR 3,500/- per month
