Job Title: Junior Site Engineer

Location: Ahmed Aljaber Street. Sharq, Kuwait

Job Summary: As a Junior Site Engineer at Emerge, you will assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of outdoor space development projects. You will work closely with senior site engineers, project managers, and various stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities: Site Inspection and Assessment: Assist in conducting site assessments to gather information relevant to project planning and design. Identify potential challenges and opportunities related to the project site. Project Planning: Collaborate with senior site engineers and project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Assist in preparing project documentation and reports. Site Supervision: Support senior site engineers in overseeing construction activities and ensuring they align with project plans and specifications. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise. Quality Assurance: Assist in conducting quality checks to ensure that work meets Emerge's standards and design requirements. Report any deviations from project specifications and work with the team to resolve them. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to and promote safety standards and protocols on project sites. Ensure compliance with local regulations and Emerge's safety policies. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress, issues, and changes. Generate regular project status reports for review. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, and contractors, to ensure effective project coordination. Provide support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. Entry-level candidates are welcome, although relevant internships or experience in construction or project management is a plus. Basic knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and materials. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Knowledge of relevant software tools and project management applications is a plus.
