Job Description

We are hiring a Junior Site Engineer (Freshers) to join our dynamic team in the UAE. This is a great opportunity for entry-level engineers to gain hands-on experience in the construction field and contribute to diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site inspections and surveys

- Interpret and review technical drawings and specifications

- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure smooth execution

- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and design standards

- Report site progress and escalate issues to senior engineers

- Manage on-site materials, equipment, and workforce efficiently

- Prepare project documentation and quality reports

- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (UAE-attested is Mandatory)

- Currently residing in the UAE and available for face-to-face interview

- Freshers are welcome; experience is a plus
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project

- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is preferred

- Understanding of construction principles and safety practices

Benefits:

- Salary: AED 1,800 - 2,000 per month
