Role Description:

At Mohan Mutha Exports, we are seeking a skilled and productive site engineer for our engineering and construction division. As a site engineer, you will oversee various aspects of construction project management. This role entails planning, coordinating, and supervising activities on-site. Ensure that all aspects of the project adhere to industry standards, construction regulations, and engineering and design specifications. Additionally, by engaging with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders, you will foster effective communication. Job Specification: Ensure compliance with project requirements, rules, and safety standards by supervising and managing construction operations at the site. To track developments, spot any problems, and make sure engineering and design specifications are being followed, conduct routine site inspections. To guarantee on-time project completion, work closely with architects, subcontractors, and project managers. To plan and carry out construction operations, evaluate and interpret engineering plans, aerial photographs, blueprints, topographical and geologic data, and technical drawings. Organize the acquisition and distribution of building supplies while making sure they adhere to industry standards. Recognizing possible risks and putting preventative measures in place to reduce safety hazards, project delays, and cost overruns. Keep thorough project records, such as site logs, modification orders, progress reports, and quality assurance procedures.
