Junior Salesman - Freight Forwarding

AED 4,500 - AED 7,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Salesman to join our growing freight forwarding team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales within the freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio. Achieve sales targets and meet the required gross profit ratio (3x salary). Understand and promote freight forwarding services, including air, sea, and land transport. Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers. Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales presentations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience

in the freight forwarding industry in the UAE. Proven track record of sales achievement and business development. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Valid UAE driving license

. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
