Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive spare parts and service sales through client visits, lead generation, and proactive outreach
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for the branch, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, identifying their evolving needs
  • Develop and manage quotations, track installed base information, and sell service contracts
  • Execute the local sales plan and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales budgets
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a sales or account management role within the marine, shipping, or offshore industry
  • Strong familiarity and network within the Abu Dhabi market is essential
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and customers
