Job Summary
Looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our Abudhabi Trading Division team. The candidate will assist in generating new sales leads for Facility Management companies, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and supporting daily sales operations. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or entry-level candidate who is eager to build a career in sales within the HVAC/trading/construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the senior sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Support field sales operations by handling customer inquiries and quotations.
Follow up with customers for pending quotations, orders, and payments.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM or ERP systems regularly.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare sales reports and share feedback from customers to improve service quality.
Learn product knowledge and technical specifications to effectively promote products.
Attend training sessions and customer meetings with senior team members.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mechanical, or related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong learning attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP system preferred).
Valid UAE driving license
