Role Overview

As a

Junior Sales Executive

, you'll help generate new business leads, connect with clients, and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
This position is ideal for

fresh graduates

or

candidates with 1-2 years of experience

in sales or business development who are eager to grow fast in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Website Development, etc.) Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media Support the senior sales team in achieving a monthly sales target of AED 20,000 Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow up with clients Maintain accurate CRM records and client interactions Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferred) Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven Comfortable working under pressure and learning new tools Based in Dubai or

willing to relocate

(visa sponsorship after 3 months based on performance)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

AED 1,500-3,000 per month

(after meeting minimum target)
