Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the sales process from start to finish, including order processing, invoicing, and customer communication. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, analyzing sales data, and providing support to the sales team as needed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including creating invoices and coordinating shipping and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and track orders through the sales cycle.
  • Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns related to their orders.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide support to the sales team as needed, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth and successful sales processes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
An online e-commerce sales administrator and leader is responsible for managing and coordinating the online sales efforts of a company.   • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure the smooth operation of the online sales channel
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales revenue
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
  • The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, excellent customer service skills, and experience with e-commerce platforms and tools. They should also have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
