About the Role:
As the
Junior Retail Operations Manager
you will support the daily running of our retail operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early management experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You will assist in overseeing store performance, drive sales, support team development, and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of daily store operations to ensure excellence in customer experience, inventory control, and team performance.
Lead, train, and mentor retail staff to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
Implement operational processes that drive efficiency, reduce shrink, and optimize productivity.
Foster a positive, motivating work environment that encourages accountability, collaboration, and growth.
Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and performance reviews.
Act as the main point of contact between store-level staff and corporate leadership.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in retail management or operations (multi-store experience is a plus).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on KPIs and operational excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
