Excellent Opportunity for a Junior recruiter to join a leading manufacturer with over 10,000 employees working globally.

To be successful in this role you must have strong experience in sourcing candidates, managing the talent pool and hands on experience in negotiating and finalizing offers.
Experience in filling a wide range of positions within the timeframe
Must have strong experience using job boards & prior experience into headhunting.
Degree Holder.
Very Good in English Language
Proficient in Microsoft office package (mainly MS Excel)
Knowledge of UAE Labor law
