Asqlaan Real Estate is looking for energetic, ambitious, and multilingual Junior Real Estate Sales Executives who are eager to build a successful career in Dubai's property market. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or professionals with limited real estate experience to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior brokers in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, messages, and networking.
Assist senior brokers in client meetings, viewings, and deal coordination.
Learn the sales process--from prospecting to closing--through on-the-job training.
Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system.
Stay updated on Dubai real estate projects, communities, and market trends.
Represent Asqlaan Real Estate professionally in all client interactions.
Requirements
0-2 years of sales or customer service experience (real estate experience is a plus).
Basic understanding of Dubai's real estate landscape and a keen interest in the industry.
Proficiency in English (mandatory); multilingual candidates preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and eager to achieve sales targets.
UAE Driving License is an advantage but not mandatory.
