We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Junior Real Estate Agents

to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about real estate and looking to kick-start their careers in the Dubai property market. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from senior agents while working to build your client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing client inquiries and providing timely responses to potential buyers and renters. Support senior agents during property viewings and open houses. Conduct market research to help identify properties that meet client needs. Learn and understand the sales process, including negotiations and contract preparation. Maintain accurate records and documentation pertaining to client dealings and property listings. Attend training sessions and actively seek to enhance industry knowledge.

Requirements

Strong interest in pursuing a career in real estate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is an advantage but not required. Valid UAE driving license is a plus. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a bonus. Nice and pleasant appearance. University diploma from Dubai.
