Junior Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction industry.
Knowledge of materials, construction costs, and measurement techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of QS software.
Good communication and numerical skills.
Ability to work under supervision and coordinate with project teams.
Responsibilities:
Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Prepare and review tender and contract documents.
Support procurement activities and supplier negotiations.
Monitor project costs and keep track of variations.
Assist with preparing progress reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
