Knowledge/Skills: Should have knowledge of two and three dimensional drawings Duties and responsibilities: . Site visits along with the project engineers/supervisors for measurement and understanding the requirements of the customers. . Preparing Prequalification Documents. . Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. . Preparing and analyzing castings/ BOQ's . Performing risk and value management and cost control. . Advising on procurement strategy; . Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks. . Providing advice on contractual claims. . Preparing project final account. .
