We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Junior Estimator/Quantity Surveyor
to join our interior fit-out turnkey team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing accurate cost estimations, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
Support senior estimators in tender documentation and submissions.
Maintain cost databases and project records.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
1-2 years of experience in estimation, preferably in interior fit-out.
Proficient in Plan swift, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
